Within the Customer Support Organization at the local sites is the Applications organization. The Field Applications team is responsible to demonstrate, optimize, and sustain ASML solutions to ensure on-product performance for customers. Job Mission
As the EUV Field Applications Technical Leader, your mission is to lead a group of EUV technical engineers that support the optimization of the application performance of the ASML NXE scanner, NXE scanner options and associated metrology. To be able to do this, you need to work closely with our customers and the account team to understand their application needs. You drive and develop the skills and competency within the Applications team to ensure the development of EUV adoption at our customers. You will work closely with the WW Applications community to ensure EUV knowledge sharing and EUV best practices are shared and the process improvements are aligned and then implemented.

Master’s degree (or Bachelor + relevant experience) in physics, electronics or mechanical engineering, optics, micro-electronics, chemical engineering or IC manufacturing or equivalent experience.
