Lead / Senior PHP Developer Job Description

As Lead Developer you will be in charge of the team and responsible for the conceptualisation, details and completion of the backend projects. Apart from PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Ajax and HTML5 you will be working with the newest technologies in webdevelopment. Development is your primary task, but you will also coach and guide the less experienced programmers on the team, in addition to speaking to clients about technical matters (not sales / accountmanagement).

The client is a multifaceted agency in Amsterdam centre, and operates in the webdevelopment and online gaming sector. Their webdevelopment branch has a very strong focus on the backend and takes on complex projects such as the conversion of regular software to webapplications and integrating custom applications with existing databases.

Lead / Senior PHP Developer Job Requirements

We are looking for passionate, experienced and forward thinking developers. Minimum requirements:
-4+ years of professional PHP experience
-Zend Certification is a plus
-Knowledge of other frameworks is a plus (Magento, Symphony, Cake, Drupal)
-Experience as a teamlead is a plus
-Ambition!
