Execute high-level research with application to sensor modeling of optical sensors for future electronic devices in the semiconductor industry, with an emphasis on scanner-internal sensors like alignment and leveling sensors.
Job Description
This research position is directed towards sensor modeling of optical sensors, mostly sensors in the lithographic scanner, like the alignment sensor and the leveling sensor.
Education
PhD in Physics. A specialization in computational modeling within an optics-based R&D setting is preferred.
