As project manager, you are the link between the internal organization and all parties involved in the construction process. You are part of the internal project team and external project organization. You in-and external coordinates all phases of complex and very appealing turn key construction projects. You are doing feasibility studies, conducts consultation with parties on substantive, spatial and financial frameworks and sets of programs requirements. you are closely involved in the design process and advises about this. You are supporting the price and contract formation, set pieces on and guarded this during the stages. You are therefore responsible point of contact for the client and for the progress, quality and finance (for-, intermediate and nacalculaties). You will work closely with the other project managers and shall be accountable to the Business Unit Manager.

Senior Project Manager (Construction/Building) Job Requirements

• You can fill out this feature successfully, you are in the possession of at least a rounded relevant college education, preferably HTS-bouwkunde or technical business administration.
  You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience as a project manager, preferably gained in construction, (steel) construction industry or a related technical industry.
  You are able to analyze complex matters and structuring, helicopter view and proactively anticipate business to keep.
• You are accustomed to take the lead and are scratch off to owner of a project.
• Your spatial understanding and your Automation knowledge is excellent.
  You are a firm personality with the right drive to radiate confidence and you know.
• You are proactive, solution oriented, result and stress resistant.
• You have a well-developed organization skills and sensitivity are communicative and contactueel. Because of the international nature of this function are you willing to travel.
• You mastered the English language in spoken and written and knows to express themselves orally in the German language.
• You live on public distance from Groningen bereis or you have the willingness to move.
