Architectural Business Unit Manager Job Description

For Centraalstaal, a new Business Unit of Centraalstaal International focused on architectural projects, we are looking for an: ambitious Architectural Business Unit Manager.

As Business Unit manager, you are responsible for the establishment and development of the business unit architecture. You leads various disciplines, namely project management, engineering, operations and works closely with other sales organizations of Centraals language International. In this function, you are ultimately responsible for guiding, facilitate, forward, tuning and completion of the process leading to the successful delivery of high-quality architectural construction projects. It involves substantial and long-term investment trajectories. The principals are working with world renowned architects. You are result-and budget both in-and externally bears and responsible care for a good cooperation, adequate coordination, optimal communication and effective information exchange. If you include Business Unit Manager maintains contact with clients and subcontractors. You keep constantly during the process and sends a finger on the pulse at there where needed. You have a clear view on both its own organization as on external market developments. It is a very challenging and independent function with much freedom and space for entrepreneurship. The growth potential of this unit is great. You will work closely with other organisations within the Central Industry Group N.V. and shall be accountable to the Managing Director of Centraalstaal International.
 

Architectural Business Unit Manager Job Requirements

You can fill out these challenging management function successful, you have a rounded training on HBO +/WO-niveau, preferably direction engineering. You have a minimum of 5 years demonstrable international management experience in the construction industry or a related technical industry. You also have broad experience in the management of complex construction projects. Experience with steel constructions is an advantage. You are a solid personality, know to radiate confidence and has a well developed ability to think analytically. In addition, you are to characterize as a results-driven, proactive, flexible, solution oriented, persuasive, and communicative skills contactueel strong. Because of the international nature of this function are you willing to travel with some regularity. You mastered the English language in spoken and written and knows to express themselves orally in the German language. You live on public distance from Groningen bereis or you have the willingness to move.
