The main responsibilities include:
· Coordinate the activities of specialist staff who may be assigned to the group on a temporary or part-time basis from the Hardware, Software or Mechanical Engineering teams. · Adhere to and coach staff to comply with internal company Systems & Procedures · Liaise with P1 and P2 Project Managers to agree resource requirements for projects · Prepare detailed presentations for R&D Management reporting on the status of group activities as required
· Provide necessary resource to support P1 & P2 projects · Participate in VVS system design in areas relating to scene viewing · Take part in customer workshops to assess system performance and agree, plan & implement resolution paths for customer complaints · Facilitate research into new video technology, ideas and approaches to ensure the organisation remains abreast of all leading edge/emerging Vision Technologies.
