Job Description
Take control of EUV systems at customer site by ensuring proper planning of actions and
follow-up on issues Ensure that structural follow-up on escalation and issues is performed.
- Drive NXE system availability (maintain and monitor)
- Responsible for all actions performed on his/her systems. This means planning, preparing and lesson learned for the tools.
- Act as ASML representative for customer of the EUV system, including daily communication on activities and status of the tools
- Responsible for daily communication with the customer on activities and status of the tools under his/her responsibility.
- Plan, prepare and maintain short/long term plan including PMs, repair actions, diagnostic actions and FCOs for EUV systems.
- Secure internal/external alignment and support for mitigating unscheduled system downs.
- Responsible for proper internal alignment with stakeholders (account, customer support, upgrades, logistics) both at local site and main support offices.
- Drive the local team to perform complete preparation and sufficient structural follow up for actions performed at the system (incl lessons learned) (Provide input to) structural improvements, Collaborate on continuous improvement to process

Education
-Bachelor of science or equivalent experience
-3 years in semiconductor industries.
-Minimum of 3 years in ASML, with 1 year working with EUV systems.
-Organizational skills
-Ability to plan and prioritize efficiently within a Fab environment.
-Excellent communicator both verbal and written.
-Independence and assertiveness.
