Our client is a leading Telecoms Solutions provider, currently recruiting for a Account Manager to be based in Galway
Job Description:
The Account Manager will support and promote interoperability between Third party solutions, including Service Provider VoIP service offerings, and company products & solutions.
The Candidate will work closely with Solution and Interoperability Lab Engineers to ensure that Technology Partners and Service Providers are successfully enabled through the DevConnect portal, prepared for interoperability testing, aware of product roadmaps and driving an ongoing funnel of testing activities.
The Candidate will ensure that test activities and compliance results are completed and communicated internally and externally, provide GSSCP operational metrics reporting support, and ensure that partners are effectively utilizing DevConnect co-marketing benefits.
The Candidate will work closely with EMEA sales and channel partners to identify, recruit and nurture key Technology Partners and Service Providers through the DevConnect Program. It is expected that the candidate will directly interact with Service Providers and other technology partners, particularly those with presence in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The candidate should have excellent project management, analytical and communication skills.
A solid knowledge of IP telephony, data networking, contact center, and unified communications is desired.
Qualifications - 5-10 years of telecom experience with emphasis on SIP.
Solid understanding of H.323 & SIP technology and standards, Session Border Controllers, Soft-switches, and Service Provider environments is desirable. -
Some travel (up to 25%) may be required.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills required
