Job Mission
In this role you drive for high impact, structural improvements in the way we manage the logistics and quality processes with our hundreds of suppliers. These improvements will be globally rolled out to our factories and suppliers worldwide.

Job Description
Your tools of the trade to achieve this will come from the analytics and project management domains.
You pro-actively identify key business challenges. You align within and outside the department with relevant stakeholders. You run sharply defined analyses. You’re not afraid to delve deep into the details, but you always keep the overall goal in mind to remain effective in your analysis.

You will develop a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of the department, on any
horizon (operational, tactical, strategic). To this end part of your responsibility will be to support the department with recurring analytical activities. Also here you have a drive for continuous, structural improvement.

SNM Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst Job Requirements

Education
Academic level in supply chain management, logistics or any exact science

Experience

• 5 –10 years relevant work experience in supply chain management, especially related to supplier logistics management
• Experience with leading projects related to operational or planning excellence, especially in a manufacturing context
• Experience and affinity with analytics and related tooling, such as BI tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik) and advanced planning applications (Quintiq, OM Partners, Infor)
• Experience and affinity with ERP systems, especially SAPPersonal skills
• High motivation and drive to achieve results
• High abstraction and analytic ability
• Self-starter: able to build projects from the ground up
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective network builder
