Introduction
Within ASML the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. One of the departments in this group is CS EUV Upgrades. The CS EUV Upgrades organization prepares and executes complex upgrades and other activities on ASML systems.

Manage, monitor, maintain and secure progress on complex field upgrades, repairs and other activities, enabling the field teams to unlock the potential of ASML products for our customers.
Job Description
As an ASML CS EUV Upgrade Coordinator you will be an ASML ambassador at customer sites across the globe. Work with the local and Veldhoven organizations to plan and make all necessary preparations for the on-time execution of the upgrade or repair.Ensure timely availability of the right Means, Manpower, Methods, Materials, Tooling to bring the machine on the best performance level.Onsite coordination of the upgrade including: manpower scheduling, parts, tooling upgrade sequence preparation (daily planning for engineers),in cooperation with PL and GeneralistsDeal with fast changing circumstances and change plans accordingly on the spot.Assist other upgrades by help in resolving issues, taking up certain tasks in Veldhoven and representing the project/upgrade in update meetings.Identify, document and drive improvements w.r.t. Safety, Quality, Cycle Time and efficiency.Daily reporting of upgrade progress and issues.Transferring knowledge concerning the newly upgraded system to the local engineers to sustain the system by themselves. This position will require international travel (up to 50%) to the field offices worldwide, of which partly unscheduled/ad-hoc travel is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science)
Experience
Experience in a customer support department for high tech products: Photo-lithography, Electro-Mechanical or Ultra Clean Vacuum. Engineers with 2-3 years `hands-on’ experience is preferred.We also encourage starters to apply if they have similar (internship) experience. Context of the position
Flexibility to travel to other countries including Taiwan, Korea, USA with short notice (up to 50%) if needed, with uninterrupted periods up to 6 weeks in a row. Certain level of unscheduled/ad-hoc travel will be required. Candidates are expected to support the CS Upgrades for at least 2-3 years upon completion of training.This position requires flexibility. This position requires access to U.S. controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such U.S. controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with applicants who are immediately eligible to access U.S. controlled technology.
