Introduction

Then you should definitely apply for the position of System Owner Installation in our EUV Factory (EF). We are currently looking for extension of our Taiwan or Korea or US EUV install teams.
Job Mission
Manage system install towards on-time quality delivery and optimize costs reaching this. Claim resources for machine progress with Team leaders of System Install Engineers (SIE). Optimize machine planning by chasing problem owners, removing obstacles, optimize sequence, and escalate bottlenecks to appropriate stakeholders. Guarantee quality in way of working. Communicate status and planning to internal and external customers.
Job Description
- Safety: Maintain and ensure safe work environment for the engineers.
- Quality: Assure system quality. Demand quantity and quality of delivered work on machines.
- Ensure / drive machine progress versus customer commitment & quality standards. Help / solve all escalations issues concerning system progress, including resources from SIE and other departments and materials.
- Ensure good work preparation is done before start of system install and different milestones covering the safety, quality and Cycle Time requirements.
Subjects to be covered are availability of sequences, resources, materials and tooling, local wow, and (upgrade) plans and timings.
- Maintain and improve the way of working on daily production plan execution and reporting, as well as long term structural improvements.
- Communication internal ASML Veldhoven with regards to:
- Daily reporting on system progress, help requests and planning
- Reporting on disturbances and Costs
- Communication to Customer about system progress, planning and technical issues together with local CS field factory.
- Team / People: Contribute to performance evaluation of engineers and coordinators.
- Coaching of coordinators designated to his systems to enhance their effectiveness.
Education
BSc in a technical degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
Fair knowledge and understanding of ASML’s technically complex products and processes (production and or service). Affinity with planning and logistics.

Context of the position
The sector NXE Manufacturing is responsible for the production of lithographic systems as well as for logistics. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within this sector. Introduce, produce and deliver leading edge lithographic systems, related products and services in a continuously changing market, on time, against competitive cost, with quality exceeding customers’ expectations.
The EF System Install System Owner Taiwan reports to the Regional Install Manager Taiwan or Korea or US and manages the machine progress. Internal interfaces within EF system install dept. are the EF Coordinators, Team leaders, Shift leads and (pre-)Install NPI PL.
Internal ASML interface but outside department are mainly different competences from FLS (first line support), D&E, Product Marketing, CS Field Factory PL’s and CS NPI local mgmt.Travelling 4-8 times per year to Taiwan or Korea or US is part of the job.
Typical trip will be one to two weeks in which system owner will be on-site managing critical phase of the install in the local office and join customer meetings to report on the install.
