ASML - Business Controller Development & Engineering Job Description

The D&E (Development & Engineering) Business Controller Software and Performance & Integration acts as strong business partner within the Product & Technology arena. He/she adds value by providing business information to the line organizations of SW and P&I that enables D&E in managing their resources, to deliver products in time and within financial constraints. He/she drives actions to realize targets and optimize results within the triple constraint, and supports/facilitates in managing the financial risks and opportunities.

Job Description
Responsible for providing meaningful business information to D&E EUV and DUV that supports decision making to realize D&E (product) deliverables in time and within financial constraints (support of triple constraint management and resource management).

• Driving the financial business planning / forecasting process for D&E SW and P&I, assessment of financial performance of D&E by reviewing and analyzing actual costs and investments, supporting and facilitating in managing financial risks and opportunities.
• Review and challenge business cases IT / D&E Ipro
• Drive headcount (together with HR)
• Pro-actively initiating and driving actions within D&E SW and P&I Departments that will optimize results and mitigate risks in the product generation process (PGP).
• Collecting and transferring departmental business information needs into effective reports.
• Developing, deploying and continuously improving the Product Generation Process (PGP) methodology, processes and supporting tools.
• Support transition to D&E becoming a solution partner
• Drive efficiency initiatives

ASML - Business Controller Development & Engineering Job Requirements

To qualify for this challenging position, you need a completed Master in Business Economics, preferably followed by recognized professional controller qualification (i.e. RC).

Experience
Approximately 5-10 years of work experience with experience in a similar business environment (Development & Engineering).
Excellent Dutch and English comunication skills.
