Measuring Engineer (m/f) – Compressor Job Description

You will work closely with the project teams and support the development activities of the air conditioning unit (HVAC).

What you'll do

• Perform vehicle and test bench measurements in the field of air conditioning compressors including analysis and reports of the measurement results
• Construction of refrigeration circuits on the test bench
• Refrigeration circuit measurements on the test bench and possibly on the vehicle
• Development of new concepts for test setups
• Development for new test methods
• Creating technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Investigation of technical problems and solution finding

What you'll need

• Degree in engineering (process engineering, supply engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, etc.) or mechanical engineering technician
• Knowledge of measurement technology / vehicle technology
• Fundamentals of Control Engineering (HIL)
• Expertise refrigeration cycle
• Knowledge in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and air conditioning
• Good knowledge of measuring software – experience with DIAdem is an advantage
• Interdependent and self-responsible way of working
• Good judgment, commitment and initiative
• Very good organizational and planning skills
• Good English and fluent German spoken and written (business language is English)
• Good MS office knowledge
