Product 
QRebel helps development teams find, diagnose, and fix application performance issues early in the continuous delivery pipeline. It provides a deep analysis of performance regressions during testing. Beyond simply flagging that there’s a problem, QRebel allows developers, architects and team leads to understand the root cause of the regression, with the ability to analyze complete stack traces, hotspots and database queries using an amazing web-based dashboard. The service is meant to be used on continuous integration and testing environments, continuously reporting back to the cloud services, which in turn generate comprehensive performance reports for analysis. The most vital reports get sent as daily emails. 

Position Summary 
As a lead front-end engineer, you will be a key member within our front-end developers’ sub-team. You will focus on building a responsive and elegant web UI for QRebel. You will participate in making the product awesome to use and easy to maintain. QRebel team, based in Tallinn and Tartu, consists of bright front-end engineers and our best Java experts. You will closely collaborate with our Design and Product teams and also with all front-end engineers across different products at Rogue Wave. It is important that you have an extensive JavaScript experience and live and breathe the fundamentals of CSS and HTML. 

Lead Front-end Engineer Job Requirements

Must have 

• Senior-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS 
• Experience with React and Redux 
• Understanding of cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility 
• Ability to write reliable, reusable code 
• Ability to write unit tests for the code 
• Ability to reason about best practices, tools and standards 
• Passion for software development and close attention to details 
• Team player attitude with good communication skills 

• Experience with TypeScript, RxJS, Webpack, SCSS 
• Experience with automated UI testing (e.g. Cucumber.js, Webdriver.io) 
• Experience with leading a team, project, or area of expertise 
• A degree in Computer Science
