Mechanical Engineer (Service and Maintenance ) Job Description

We are currently seeking a Mechanical engineer with technical and interpersonal skills to join our company. 

Main responsibilities:

• Preperation of costing and offers for service and maintenance agreements
• Preperation of the daily service an maintenance program of all mechanical building services
• Providing technial support to clients and solving issues within a timely mannar 
• Delegation of appropriate tasks to the repair and maintenance team
• Monitoring invoicing, warrenty claims and timely completion of paperwork
• Meeting existing and new clients
• Ensuring excellent client relationships
• Preparation of mechanical construction drawings in AutoCAD and Revit
• Preparation of costing and offers for supply and installation of mechanical building services 
• Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors 

Mechanical Engineer (Service and Maintenance ) Job Requirements

Main qualifications 

• Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Member of ETEK
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in service and maintenance of mechanical building services (i.e. domestic water services, ventilation, heating, cooling)
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in costing and tendering of mechanical building services
• Site experience and ability to site survey
• Excellent computer skills including AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English Language both written and oral
