LEAD ENGINEER POWER ELECTRONICS
Throughout its history Mastervolt continues to be at the forefront of technology. Mastervolt's highly skilled engineers are responsible for translating tomorrow's technology into today’s ultimate performance. You will be part of the Engineering/R&D department comprising 16 engineers. The team resides in the Netherlands and consists of Power Electronics, Mechanical and Software engineers and Project Managers.
As Lead Engineer you will drive the product development of high frequency power electronics from 100W to 50kW. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team that develops products for autonomous use in the maritime and mobile energy market from product idea up to delivery of the final product.
In addition you will guide a team of hard- and software engineers on the latest innovations in power electronic products. To stay up-to-date on power electronics developments, you will visit international exhibits and trade shows where you will represent Mastervolt. You will lead the design of new circuitry, evaluation of components and sub-circuits, performance tests on the products and creations of improvement proposals. Additionally, you will be involved in prototyping, compliance testing, documentation and production start-up.
One of the great aspects of this role is that you will be leading the full product development cycle.
