Sales Engineer EMEA Selective Bonding Job Description

At Nordson Dima, we play an important role in the electronics, automotive, telecommunication industry by supplying top of the range dispensing and selective bonding equipment. 
Many production processes in these markets require flexible connections by means of selective thermal - or conductive Bonding. 
Nordson Dima offers a range of products providing a solution to the market. 

To support the growing EMEA market (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and our Sales team in the European headquarters in Deurne, the Netherlands, we are looking for a Sales Engineer EMEA Selective Bonding m/f.

Function Description:

• The SE is responsible for selling direct/indirect and managing a group of distributors in EMEA. This position will concentrate on a high degree of indirect sales activities with our sales channels throughout the region. 
• The SE will initiate programs to strengthen our position within the facilities of targeted global accounts within the region.
• The SE will be responsible for lead qualification, presentations/demonstrations, quotations, closing sales and on-going support leading to 100% customer satisfaction. 
• The SE with guidance from the Business Manager and General Manager will constantly evaluate the distributor’s effectiveness and needs for training and support.

Sales Engineer EMEA Selective Bonding Job Requirements

Profile:

• Engineering degree.
• Resided in one of the countries of the territory.
• Sales and or distributor management experience is an asset.
• Self-motivated team player.
• Fluent in English, any other local language is a plus.
• Flexibility is a must.
