JOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, taking account of compliance with EHSS & Regulatory regulations, including but not limited to:
· Monitor and adhere to the production plan with regard to dates, quantity, quality, cost and safety
· Control whether required process parameters are met
· Control availability of raw and auxiliary material
· Take Responsibility for operation and monitoring of production facilities
· Implement measures relating to the proper conditions of the plants
· Report and document production matters
· Create and complete all documents that are necessary for normal operation
· Represent Operations in meetings
· Initiate and realize optimization and improvement possibilities
· Implement new processes together with Technical
· Participate in investment projects
· Ensure all guidelines and policies are actual and adhered to
· Lead and motivate production staff
The successful candidate will possess or be willing to obtain the following attributes:
· Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science
· 3 year experience in Petrochemical organization
· Basic leadership knowledge and knowledge of RCA
· Knowledge of local requirements for operating chemical plants according Hazardous Incident Ordinance
· Knowledge about EHSS-Management Systems and SHEMS
· Preferable having Polymer process background, knowledge of CoW process and training systems
