This is the Role
As Technical Service Representative AMI Architectural for Eastman Chemical you will be the technical support specialist for our customers. You have a solid knowledge base in technical service and application Support for architectural glazing or thermoplastics processing. You provide onsite lamination support to our customers in the Architectural (LAG) segment to ensure continued problem-free use of AMI Saflex® products. Next to that you also provide technical support and will be trouble shooting where necessary.
You can translate the specific customer demands to an actual Eastman solution and you’re able to assist our clients in the implementation. Being able to support launches of new products into the market place, you can not only influence Eastman’s growth but also contribute to technical innovation in general.
You will be working together with our key customers to make sure they reach their highest potential with our products possible. For small customers as well as big multinationals all over Europe, with all its challenges related to different countries, geographical distances and special customer expectations. A very challenging role in a dynamic international environment!
Please note that in this role you will be home office based and travelling for around 50 % of your time (within South-Europe and Middle-East).
