Upgrades Coordinator

Job Description
The CS Upgrades FF Coordinator will be responsible for planning, execution and completion of machine commercial upgrade activities at the customer’s site (Pre-fingerprint through CSR/SNL) in safe, quality oriented, predictable and efficient manner.
Responsibilities include:
Site Auditing, Upgrade document maintenance, manpower planning, timely ordering and proper disposition of parts and tooling, facilitation of all escalations (technical, customer, structural, etc) and hand off of the machine back to the customer.
The CS Upgrades FF Coordinator will perform his/her duties through collaboration with the HW/Recovery/Lead Engineers, Generalists, Material Handlers, LSC, local office and higher technical groups (GSC, D&E etc) and will take operational direction from the Regional PL/PM.
The CS Upgrades Field Coordinator is responsible for the consistent daily reporting of upgrade progress and issues to all relevant stakeholders via the ZRGP (Zero Repeat Game Plan) Document. The daily report will follow Customer Support FFU department reporting WoW (Way of Working) and in alignment with CS Field Upgrades department KPI’s.
The CS Upgrade Field Coordinator will be responsible for transferring knowledge w.r.t. the newly upgraded system to the local CS regional office and will obtain sign off to indicate transfer of the machine back to local office responsibility.
The CS Upgrade Field Coordinator will create a post upgrade evaluation report detailing all issues encountered including resolutions, lessons learned during the upgrade and post machine performance data. He or She will be expected to identify and propose implementation of safety and efficiency improvements that will enhance our predictability in upgrade execution timing.
The CS Upgrade Field Coordinator is expected to travel 80% continentally with occasional World Wide travel to support other regions as needed. The Coordinator will reside in Chandler, Arizona and reports directly to the CS-FF-US Group Lead.
Education
A Bachelors degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline is highly preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience
Experience in coordinating highly complex, technical projects that include tracking parts, machines, manpower, and input from numerous stakeholders with strict deadlines.
Must be able to keep calm under pressure, have strict attention to detail, the ability to communicate well and in timely fashion and track all the "moving parts" of a complex, high dollar project.
In depth experience with large and complex Excel spreadsheets using Macros.

Composed personality with a history of staying cool under fire.
