The EAF is an independent non-profit organisation in Berlin. We promote and work for a society where women and men can live their potentials in all areas of life.
The EAF combines designated scientific expertise with longstanding experience in providing advisory services and professional development. With our innovative careerbuilding programmes we advance female future leaders and support women and men in their career planning and reconciliation of professional career and family life. Besides research the EAF consults clients in business and politics in terms of gender equality, diversity and work-life-balance.
