Job Summary:
We are seeking exemplary candidates with the aptitude to lead the IT Services growth in Continental Europe. This position offers a full year of training to prepare you for business development roles, managing multi million Euro deals in customer accounts across Europe.

We are recruiting across the Dach, Nordic and Benelux countries; Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland and Sweden, Netherlands and France. Candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in business development roles, understanding client requirements, defining solutions and interacting with technical teams and service delivery teams to develop and sell a viable solution for our clients. Additionally, candidates must thrive in a dynamic and rapidly growing IT environment. Successful candidates will join a flourishing team with a broad and in-depth range of experience across business and technology solution areas.

o Revenue management and business development
o Account management and relationship building
o Solution management and ‘end to end’ pursuit management
• Work with pursuit teams to generate proposals and bid responses and nurture key relationships
• Demonstrate financial acumen and the ability to apply market expertise
• Leverage client relationships and sustain executive relationships
• Achieve targets and manage pipeline whilst establishing executive credibility
