The BPA also creates and updates presentations, and process flowcharts for reference purposes.  The BPA is a process-improvement champion in the department. He/she suggests projects that can be completed and has expert knowledge on process tracking methodologies.  The BPA reports and highlight performance measures that must be translated into everyday language. He/she must be able to explain what happened and provide recommendations for achieving the DUV goals.  This is a "hands-on" position that completes projects that track operational efficiencies in performance. The BPA works with the subject matter experts (SMEs), including information technology (IT), finance and other departments within the company. The BPA  does not have supervisory or direct report responsibilities.   EducationPrefer Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in computer science / coding.  Minimum Bachelor in a technical field,  statistics, information technology, economics, business, or equivalent experience.   Experience5 years’ experience, ideally with a proven track record in a similar position. Knowledge of the semiconductor industry helpful.

-Proficient in publishing reports that are used at all company levels.
-Business diagrams, process flowcharting.
-Change management in high pace/scale environment.
-Proven experience in leading projects from concept to implementation.
-Experience in large-scale modeling and predictive algorithm for forecasting.
-Enterprise Data Management.
-Semiconductor experience a plus.
-Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
-Bachelor’s degree with significant IT exposure with specific related certification and training.
