Teamleader / Module owner Stage Position Measurement Job Description

Introduction
One of our project teams is currently developing a new interferometer together with a partner and an interferometer supplier. This 3-party approach enables us to use the expertise of three companies to develop an interferometer according the stringent requirements of our next generation tools. The development of this interferometer is one of the deliverables of a larger project.

Job Description
The teamleader / module owner is responsible for:

• Sub-project definition, including scope/resources/timing
• Sub-project coordination and managing progress
• Managing sub-project scope/timing interfaces
• Planning and reporting towards project management
• Issue resolution, Risk management

Teamleader / Module owner Stage Position Measurement Job Requirements

Education
University level, Master in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Physics.

Experience

• 5yr+ development experience in the field of mechatronics
• 1yr+ Project management experience (or very familiar with it)

• Ability to interact with development professionals
• Challenged to achieve a one-team approach between team members, while working in three locations spread over three counties with different background
• Skilled in aligning ideas between team members and help converge into an efficient plan
• Skilled in executing a plan with a team
• Striving for result, by coaching team to excel in what they are good at
• Skilled in representing the team in project management meetings
• Willing to travel between companies on regular basis
